Notes

Depending on if notes fields were included as dispense parameters during the onboarding of the your organization, you may have the option or requirement to select a variety of custom fields when creating a new dispense.

If you do have any notes dispense paramete active, it will allow your organization to filter and report on all dispenses by these notes. This can be useful for tracking the cost of dispenses with specific notes when creating reports, fulfilling reports, or tracking basic usage.

If you do not have any notes dispense parameter active, you will not have the option to select any notes when creating a new dispense and it will not affect your dispense activity.

An example of notes dispense parameters on the dispense setup page is shown below:

• In this case the note is “Service Call”, and it allows a phone number to be associated with the dispense.
