Project

Depending on if this field was included as a dispense parameter during the onboarding of the your organization, you may have the option to select a project when creating a new dispense.

If you do have the project dispense paramete active, it will allow your organization to filter and report on all dispenses by project. This can be useful for tracking the cost of a specific project’s fuel consumption when creating reports, fulfilling reports, or tracking basic usage.

If you do not have the project dispense parameter active, you will not have the option to select a project when creating a new dispense and it will not affect your dispense activity.

An example of the project dispense parameter on the dispense setup page is shown below:

• After clicking on it we will be prompted with a project to select
  
• After selecting a project, the project will be displayed in the project parameter
