Equipment Overview
Fuellox is designed to manage many types of equipment.
Fuellox is also capable of managing fluids other than diesel, some of which are:
- Adblue and DEF
- Lubricants
- Waste Oil
- Chemicals
- etc
The way we deal with Equipment in the platform allows for many use cases.
Vehicles carry many fluids, fuel being the main fluid of course. However there is coolant, brake fluid, transmission fluid etc. Within Fuellox these fluids are stored in a compartment.
Equipment within Fuellox can have many compartments, and thereby support multiple fluids.
Each Equipment has one or more Compartments. Each Compartment must have a Fluid.
If your Fuellox environment only manages Diesel you have the choice of using the simplified equipment view. It assumes that each Equipment has only 1 Compartment and simplified the data entry and management of the system.
