Unpair and Reset BLE
If users experience issues with BLE scanning, connecting, or reconnecting, it may be necessary to reset the BLE pairing for the Fuellox unit.

To proceed, you will need the Broadcast ID of your Fuellox unit. This is a 7-digit number starting with ‘2’. If multiple devices are present, please consult your Fuellox Administrator or Help Desk to identify the correct unit.
Android Unpair
To unpair the Fuellox BLE on an Android device:
Step 1: On your handset, open Settings and tap Bluetooth. Instead of toggling the Bluetooth switch, tap the listed device name to access its detailed Bluetooth settings.
Step 2: Locate Fuellox V2 in the paired devices list, then tap Unpair to remove the connection.
Step 3: Once the device is unpaired, re-pair it by Re-pairing the Fuellox Unit below.
Apple Unpair
Step 1: On your handset, navigate to Settings and select Bluetooth to view available and paired devices.
Step 2: As shown in the image, a list of paired Bluetooth devices will appear. Tap the ⓘ (info) icon next to your Fuellox device to access its settings.
Step 3: Tap Forget This Device to unpair the selected Fuellox unit from your iOS device.
Re-Pairing the Fuellox Unit
To re-establish the Bluetooth connection:
Step1: Open the Fuellox app and initiate a fuel dispensing attempt.
Step2: During the connection process, you will be prompted to PAIR the device.
Step3: Ensure you accept the pairing request when it appears.
