Import Equipment allows bulk uploading of equipment data into the system, saving time and reducing manual entry errors. It’s especially useful for onboarding multiple assets at once and ensures consistency across records.

How to complete the Worksheet

Download the worksheet template from the link above, then enter your equipment details accordingly.

Cell Colour Indicators

✓ Cells turn green when data is valid
✗ Cells turn red when data is invalid or incorrectly formatted

Tips for completing the worksheet:

• Grey columns are required, be sure to complete those

• There’s example information at the top in green with an orange border for refference

• Do not remove any columns.

• Do not edit any field titles.

• Do not add new columns.

• Do not rearrange the column order.

• Send the completed worksheet in, and we’ll import it for you

You may paste data from an existing spreadsheet as long as the structure and field integrity of the template remain unchanged.

Note

Make sure all data is entered correctly following the provided guidelines before submission.

Verification of Imported Data

After importing your data, verify it’s accuracy by reviewing it in both the Fuellox web and mobile applications.

Note

Equipment is imported into the system through the Help Desk.
