Firmware Update

From time to time, the Fuellox unit may require a firmware update to ensure access to the latest features, bug fixes, and compatibility improvements.

The firmware updates are completed via the Fuellox Mobile App.

Preparation Checklist

Before updating, ensure you have the following:

  • Fuellox Mobile App version 0.9650 or above
  • Bluetooth proximity to the Fuellox device
  • Approximately 10 minutes of available downtime (device will be offline)
  • A user account with ‘Manage Devices’ and ‘Manage Firmware’ roles

Access to Roles

Access to firmware update roles is restricted.
Contact the Fuellox Help Desk to assign the necessary roles to your nominated user.

When Should You Update?

The Fuellox team will inform you if a firmware update is necessary.

  • They can walk you through the process during a remote session if needed.
  • In some cases, your reseller or service technician may perform the update on-site (service charges may apply).
