1. Create User Accounts

   Add users who will be operating the fuel system:

   • Create New Users
   • Users can register via phone number or email

2. Set User Permissions

   Configure what each user can access:

   • Edit User Permissions
   • Assign roles and access levels as needed

3. Communicate Credentials

   Make sure users know how to access the system:

   • Users will receive SMS or email with login instructions
   • Share the mobile app download links (covered in Step 4)
