1. Perform First Dispense

   Follow the complete dispense workflow:

   • Start Dispense
   • Stop Dispense
   • Post Dispense Summary

2. Configure Dispense Parameters (optional)

   Customize dispense settings as needed:

   • Select a Project
   • Select Client-Site
   • Add Dispense Notes
   • Transaction Types

3. Review Transaction Data

   Verify the transaction was recorded correctly:

   • View Transactions
   • Transaction Details
   • Edit Transactions (if needed)

4. Check Tank Levels (if applicable)

   Monitor your fuel levels:

   • View Tank Levels in Mobile App
   • View Levels in Web App

5. Access Logbook

   Review all system activity:

   • Logbook Web App
   • Logbook Mobile App
