Once you sign up with Fuellox, the first thing you will receive is our welcome email.

When you purchase Fuellox, one of the first things you’ll receive is a welcome email. This email is packed with helpful information to get you up and running. So let’s take a quick walk through what’s in it.

The first thing you’ll notice is a link to our equipment import section. This is a great place to start. Before you can begin tracking fuel, your vehicles and equipment need to be in the system.

If you have a large fleet or a lot of equipment to add, we recommend using our import spreadsheet, which lets you enter everything in bulk and upload it all at once. The spreadsheet is designed to make this as easy as possible.

If you already have your fleet records in a spreadsheet or document, you can simply copy and paste your existing data straight in. You can download the import spreadsheet through the link provided in our documentation page.

Just make sure you follow the instructions on that page carefully.

Next, you’ll find a link to the Fuellox dashboard, which is your main hub for managing the system, and a link to download the Fuellox mobile app, which your operators will use out in the field. Further down the email, you’ll see links to our documentation along with some other helpful guides covering things like how to add users, how to add equipment, and how to attach QR codes to your vehicles and machinery. Our recommendation, flag this email and keep it somewhere handy. It’s a great reference point when you’re getting set up and a quick place to jump back to if you need to find one of these things again. Alright. That’s a quick overview of the welcome email.
