Deactivate and Reactivate
This page explains how to deactivate and reactivate users and devices in Fuellox.
Deactivate a User (for one organisation)
- Open the Users page.
- Click the user you want to manage.
- Click Deactivate User on [Organisation Name].
- In the confirmation dialog, optionally enter a reason for record-keeping.
- Click Confirm.
- Check for the success message confirming deactivation.
What happens after user deactivation
- The user is blocked from accessing that organisation only.
- The user may still access other organisations where they still have access.
- On the same user screen, the button changes to Activate User on [Organisation Name].
Reactivate a User
- Open the Users page.
- Select the deactivated user.
- Click Activate User on [Organisation Name].
- Confirm the action.
- Check for the success message confirming reactivation.
Deactivate a Device
- Open the Devices page.
- Select the device.
- Click Update/Edit.
- Find the Is Active checkbox.
- Untick Is Active.
- Save the form.
What happens after device deactivation
- The device is marked inactive.
- Inactive devices are hidden from standard mobile operating screens (for example, dispensing/selection lists), so users cannot use them in day-to-day workflows.
Reactivate a Device
- Open the Devices page.
- Select the device and open Update/Edit.
- Tick Is Active.
- Save.
