Deactivate and Reactivate

This page explains how to deactivate and reactivate users and devices in Fuellox.

Deactivate a User (for one organisation)

  1. Open the Users page.
  2. Click the user you want to manage.
  3. Click Deactivate User on [Organisation Name].
  4. In the confirmation dialog, optionally enter a reason for record-keeping.
  5. Click Confirm.
  6. Check for the success message confirming deactivation.

What happens after user deactivation

  • The user is blocked from accessing that organisation only.
  • The user may still access other organisations where they still have access.
  • On the same user screen, the button changes to Activate User on [Organisation Name].

Reactivate a User

  1. Open the Users page.
  2. Select the deactivated user.
  3. Click Activate User on [Organisation Name].
  4. Confirm the action.
  5. Check for the success message confirming reactivation.

Deactivate a Device

  1. Open the Devices page.
  2. Select the device.
  3. Click Update/Edit.
  4. Find the Is Active checkbox.
  5. Untick Is Active.
  6. Save the form.

What happens after device deactivation

  • The device is marked inactive.
  • Inactive devices are hidden from standard mobile operating screens (for example, dispensing/selection lists), so users cannot use them in day-to-day workflows.

Reactivate a Device

  1. Open the Devices page.
  2. Select the device and open Update/Edit.
  3. Tick Is Active.
  4. Save.
