Pump Stops Instantly

This guide explains how to resolve issues of the pump failing to start.

This issue may occur on new units. When the user presses START the relay triggers. Before any fuel flows the pump stops.

The Issue

Your fuellox Hardware Device does not have a default configuration saved.

This can occur when the unit has been reset to factory defaults or has not been powered before.

The Solution

To apply the default fuellox Device Configuration

  1. Open your Fuellox app.

  2. Sync the App.

  3. Go To Manage Devices in the Hamburger menu.

  4. Connect to the Hardware.

  5. Go to the Config Tab.

  6. Set the Inputs to Inactive. Set the default meter kFactor.

  7. Click Save

  8. Reset the fuellox Hardware, by turning the power off and back on.

  9. Go back to the App Home Screen and Sync.

  10. Start the pump as normal
