Welcome to the Fuelox dashboard. Let’s take a quick tour. The home page gives you quick links to other sections, a map of your most recent transaction, and a recent transactions list.

The first place most people head is the equipment list. The layout is consistent across the dashboard. You’ll see it repeated in other sections too. In the top left, there’s a red filter button to narrow down what you’re looking for.

In the top right corner, there’s a button to add new equipment.

Next to that is the filter columns button where you choose what data to display, and on the left, you can drag columns to reorder them.

Hit the download button to export whatever you’re seeing, filtered and all, as an Excel or CSV.

Levels, tanks, and tank calibration are used when you have a level probe connected.

Devices represents your fuel locks hardware. By default, it’s named by serial number, and we recommend renaming it to whatever you call that tank.

The transaction section is where every fuel dispense is recorded. Every transaction that happens on your system appears here. It works the same way as the equipment list but with more powerful filtering. You can search by equipment name, cost center, date range, user, and many other data points to find exactly what you need. There’s also a map view that plots all transactions from your current filtered results.

QR codes and ID packs let you see what QR code is assigned to a piece of equipment. Note, assigning QR codes is done through the mobile app, not here.

Users is where you add and manage users and works the same as other lists.

Finally, reports has a range of report types. The most commonly used is the tax time fuel summary table, which shows your month by month or quarterly fuel usage broken down by the equipment mode, downloaded as an Excel or CSV from the top right corner.
