Fixing Blank White Screen
This guide explains how to fix the blank white screen issue that sometimes occurs when opening the Fuellox mobile app.
The Issue
Occasionally, when opening the Fuellox mobile app, you may encounter a blank white screen instead of the normal app interface. This typically occurs when your phone’s operating system hasn’t properly loaded the app into memory, preventing you from accessing any features or data.
The Solution
The fix is straightforward: force quit the app and restart it. This resolves the blank screen and returns the app to normal operation.
Follow the steps below for your device type.
For iOS Devices

Access the App Switcher
- On iPhone X and newer: Swipe up from the bottom of the screen and pause in the middle of the screen
- On iPhone 8 and earlier: Double-click the Home button

Locate the Fuellox app in the list of open apps by swiping left or right through the app cards.

Force quit the app by swiping the Fuellox app card upward off the top of the screen.

Reopen the app by tapping the Fuellox icon on your home screen.

The app should now load normally without the blank white screen.

For Android Devices

Access Recent Apps
- On phones with gesture navigation: Swipe up from the bottom of the screen and hold
- On phones with navigation buttons: Tap the Recent Apps button (square icon or three vertical lines)

Locate the Fuellox app in the list of recent apps by swiping left or right through the app cards.

Force quit the app by either:
- Swiping the Fuellox app card upward or sideways off the screen, or
- Tapping the X or close button on the app card

Reopen the app by tapping the Fuellox icon on your home screen or app drawer.

The app should now load normally without the blank white screen.
