Eco Plus DIY

The Fuellox Eco-Plus DIY is housed in a robust IP66 ABS plastic enclosure.

Installation Wiring

The Eco-Plus DIY is a plug and play system ready to go. Just replace the power plug of your pump with the supplied White, Powercon connector and wire the supplied flow meter connect with cable to your flow meter.

240VAC Compliance Requirement

As 240VAC is the power source - Lock the enclosure with a key operable lock to secure the door.

Installation Steps

1. Mount the Fuellox Eco-Plus enclosure.
2. Terminate the flow meter cable to your flow meter
3. Connect the flow meter cable to the connector on the Eco-Plus DIY unit.
4. Remove the plug end of the power cable of the pump and install the supplied powercon connector to the cable. See instructions below.
5. Once the installation is complete, carry out a dispense action by following this guide: https://docs.fuellox.com.au/gettingstarted/phase-5-first-dispense/

Powercon Termination Instructions

Follow the steps below to terminate the Powercon connector to your pump power cable:

(The Fuellox Eco DIY is coloured white to represent POWER OUT, the example below is made in the blue, the POWER IN colour which is wired identically as the white. )

Controls:

• Bypass: Secures the system to prevent unauthorized access and ensures only authorized personnel can operate the unit in bypass mode.
• Mains: On/Off to the Fuellox System. this switch does not isolate power on the power modile
• Emergency Stop: Emergency pump/system shut off

Notes on E Stop & Bypass

The EStop will still operate in Bypass mode.

When the E Stop is released, the pump will not start.

Turn off the Main Switch to reset the power board.

Commissioning

• Power up the unit.
• Ensure the Pump can be started/stopped from the app.
• Calibrate the Meter.
• Configure the Level Module where supplied.
• Test the system thoroughly prior to hand over to the end users.
• Confirm all data is recorded as expected in the Fuellox App.
